An exploration into Jewish thought through the prism of the Israeli Americans, the vibrant and growing Israeli community in the USA, which has been stimulating a new conversation and offering new perspectives; a much needed bridge between Israel and the Jewish-American diaspora. Weekly sessions alternate between text study and conversations with guest culture creators, exploring such themes as Zionism, the State of Israel, exile, Jewish identity and its challenges, justice and humanism. Controversial and emotionally loaded subjects are investigated for their underlying philosophical, spiritual and historical/biographical content.
